Hola! I know it's been a long while since I put any blog posts out into the world so for the four people who are still following along, thank you! I have been doing a ton of thinking and honestly was debating if I should even come back at all. It is a ton of extra time and work and I have been one foot out for a little while now at the rate I've been checkin in, but ultimately I enjoy having these archives to dive into from time to time so I decided to come back but in a new way. I am going to keep the post pace pretty slow but will pop in hopefully each week. I already treat this space as a personal life event/style journal so I am really going to lean into that more going forward. As I get older I want this space to be able to evolve with me. Not too much should change as I have already been sharing a lot from my wedding, etc. but things will get more personal, wordy, and maybe less polished around here.
In the spirit of a more personal sentiment I am kicking off my return to the blogosphere with photos from the second day of our honeymoon in Punta Cana! We stayed at the Tiara Cap Cana in a swim out style suite and it did not disappoint. Maybe I am someone who is easily impressed but the above view is from our ROOM! How gorgeous? You can see Mike's feet in the corner of one of the photos below, you literally walk out to your own private pool that overlooks the marina. We were so exhausted after our amazing wedding weekend (I will share photos of that later) we mostly just took in the views and slept the first day. This second day we went on an amazing half day excursion to Bavaro for a semi-private catamaran dance party, snorkeling, fresh island cocolocos, and a delicious lobster dinner cooked on the boat! They even took pictures of us and posted them the next day for us to grab which was great. We couldn't have asked for a more fun day.
