Swim up bars are the best invention. This was my first experience with a full bar right in the pool so Mike and I spent one whole afternoon floating around the resort running through every frozen daiquiri and mojito flavor we could think of. The bartender (you can see her with her little white visor on in one shot) was awesome and her name was "Alba" which we really couldn't get over and thought was so incredibly fateful because our lovebug dog is named that and we both had never met anyone before with that name! I swear, I know I sound crazy but the universe talks to you all the time you just have to listen. Once we went through the obvious favorites she started mixing things together to keep us going. Clearly we were trying to set a record for the most mojitos consumed in one week by two people but I wouldn't have traded the day for anything.
