The deets: J.Crew boyshirt; Factory skirt; GAP heels; sock bun remixed.
Having sunlight after work is a totally new thing to me as a blogger. The upside is that I was able to capture day 12 of the challenge after work. The down side is that I looked like this, which is what I like to call "just stared at a computer screen for 8 hours chic" maybe I should just stick to weekend picture-takin'.
I love the plaid with your coral skirt! You're hair looks super amazing too :)

I do love being able to take photos after work - I usually find a nice pair of sunglasses hides the "stared at a computer all day look" and i love your red pencil skirt!
ReplyDeleteYour hair looks so pretty! Loving the outfit - and FYI you look way better than I do after work!

You are adorable no matter what time of day. Great outfit. dawn suitcase vignettes xo
ReplyDeleteLove this preppy look on you! Your braid/bun looks so pretty, Erin! I also like taking outfit photos better on the weekend (my hair and makeup look better and I look less tired) but sometimes the weather doesn't cooperate!

I love your outfit, looks great on you! Also, love the sox bun remixed! I agree about the after-work pics.... plus I'm grumpy, hungry and everything is wrinkled!

love your shoes and you still look great, even after the whole day at work!
ReplyDeleteLovely!! What a fun color with plaid... I love that coral.

Haha! I love coming home from work and it's still light...and I can still capture my outfit for the blog! Although I wish I could get the photos before the hair goes flat and the makeup slides off...oh well. You wear plaid so well!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cute braid! I was eyeing that skirt yesterday, might have to buy it after seeing how cute it looks! xo
ReplyDeleteI love this look.
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way at the end of the day! That's the main reason that I've been taking my outfit pictures the night before I wear the outfit. If I get 'redressed' after work, I tend to be a little more fresh-face about it.
You're hair is so pretty! I love the side braid! Cute (:

Haha totally know what you mean! This outfit/your pics still look great though!

I've tried to take outfit pics on the weekend, but the boyfriend gets bored after one outfit. AND he leaves for work when it's still dark out, so I have to take after work photos. I can hide the "worked all day" face with sun glasses, but how do you hide the "sat at a desk all day" wrinkles on clothes? Seriously, I wonder if some clothing designers only mean for their clothes to be worn standing up.
