After an amazing nine days off filled with travel, presents, family, friends, and WAY too much sugar it's back to work and the regular routine for me. I don't know about you guys but it's going to be TOUGH tough tough to get through this first Monday. I have not missed the sound of my alarm or my morning commute one bit. My body, however, will be thankful for the return of health foods and workouts.
