I am not personally a big fan of the mint & chocolate power couple flavor combo but I know those who are, REALLY ARE. One of those people is my coworker, Lindsay. I decided it was time to make her some "just because" treats and this was just the cookie for her. Easy recipe below!
Ingredients
1 1.5 lb package of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix
1 stick butter (softened)
1 egg
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1 cup mint & dark chocolate M&M's
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chunks
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Combine cookie mix, butter, egg, and extract together until fully combined. Stir in M&M's and chocolate chunks. Spoon 1.5 inch thick balls of dough onto a cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes.
Yummy! Mint and chocolate is such a great combo–and these are so colorful and fun!
