..Plaid Pencil Skirts


I love these plaid pencils. You can wear them to work but also rock them to a holiday party and feel festive and appropriate. They work with booties, heels, or boots and can be paired with a cozy sweater or a fancy blouse. My favorite items are ones that can get lots of play and these really seem to be multi-functional in the best way.

1. The best sandwiches by state! I completely agree except for those silly writers labeled my home state of NJ's sandwich the "Breakfast Sandwich with Taylor Ham" and every true Jerseyite (yes that is the real term for us) knows it's called a "Porkroll Egg and Cheese." Don't get it twisted. 

2.I really dig the Clinique All About Eyes cream/gel formula. I've been keeping my jar in the refrigerator and it's just the little boost of cool refreshing eye love needed to fight the dreaded bags and darkness that looms each morning.

3. I love that the discovery of many "Earth-like" planets has been making big headline news recently! Turns out that when you look up into the sky, about 20% of the stars you see have a planet similar to Earth orbiting it. Pretty cool. 

4. A pretty little tartan scarf to winterize your look and keep you warm that is also under $30!
