The deets: Sam Edelman lace up block heels; Old Navy dress (similar, just go this one in navy); Kate Spade bag (similar version); Karen Walker sunnies; J.Crew cardi; Hair info here.
Are you guys sick of seeing this old pink stripe dress yet? I know it was in my last post but while I was all glammed out I couldn't resist doing a quick outfit post snap. I wore this to work a couple weeks back and thought it was a nice desk to drinks look since the shoes are fun enough for after hours and you can easily loose the cardigan. These heels are seriously my new favorite purchase as of late. They go with shorts, dresses, jeans, work, casual, WHATEVER! So great! I will say they took a little breaking in but now they are very comfortable.

The deets: J.Crew chambray & skirt; Madewell heels (similar, similar under $40); ASOS sunnies; Balenciaga bag; Michael Kors watch; Lancome "Wannabe" lipstick.
You know the awesome thing about having friends who also have great taste? You get to inherit the stuff they decide they don't feel like returning, like these sunnies. It's always a great day when a new pair comes into your life out of the blue and free of charge. Thanks, Katie! Also this is what I wore to a work happy hour last week and dark washed chambray is my new jam because it goes with EVERYTHING!

The deets: J.Crew top (sans dots, similar dotted one), skirt (similar), & necklace (old but BB has SO many cute statement options); Madewell heels (love these; Balenciaga bag; Lancome "Pretty Burgundy" lipstick.
Happy Friday! I love this dotted boy shirt I picked up at J.Crew a while ago because it really goes with every single other work piece I have and adds just a touch of fun. I have lots of good things planned for myself this weekend including a girls dinner date at a favorite eatery and a quick trip to NY for a bestie's birthday full of yummy eats and festivities. You can follow me on the 'gram to see what kind of trouble I find.

The deets: Old Navy top; ALDO shoes (similar) Francesca's necklace (this one is pretty); Elizabeth and James sunnies (25% off with code FAMILY25); J.Crew skirt.
1. Like I have been saying, Old Navy has been killing it recently. Just another top that I grabbed, this one is now less than $10!
2. If you were ever going to splurge on these cute E+J cat eye sunnies (or any designer sunnies for that matter), now is your chance! Shopbop has them on sale for 25% off! I don't normally shop there, it's a little out of my everyday shopping budget, but it's wonderful during the sales for investment pieces you can wear all the time.
3. I have said it before and I'll say it again, if I had a signature style it would be this: mostly neutral with a pop of color. It just feels like me.

The deets: J.Crew dress (similar) and jacket (similar); Ivanka Trump heels (similar, love these); Steve Madden bag (love this one); Elizabeth and James sunnies; necklace c/o The Pink Armoire; Lancome "Wannabe" lipstick.
Sometimes when you are having one of those days that nothing is working, you just have to go for the simplest answer. Black dress, white jacket, leopard (neutral) heels, out the door. Sidenote - I actually got these same shoes like three years ago and wore them into the ground, like literally they are falling to pieces and I may have sharpied part of the spots back onto them after the calf hair fell out from all my abuse. I was super sad that I wouldn't have them this fall season and they are obviously no longer available in stores sooo I did a little internet stalking and found a brand new pair on Poshmark! Oh happy day. What can I say people, I am also the girl that has the same exact back in black and brown. I LIKE WHAT I LIKE.

The deets: Express blazer; dress c/o eshitaki; Kelsi Dagger heels; Michael Kors bag, Lancome "Wannabe" lipstick, OPI "Miami Beets" nail polish; Ray-Ban sunnies.
I know floral print isn't really a winter thing, but I'm just going to pretend it's Spring for a day even though the wind was INSANE while these photos were taken. The thicker material of the dress along with the blazer help keep the outfit wearable in the cold. I can never say no to a solid work dress!

The deets: J.Crew tuxedo shirt; Juicy skirt (similar); ALDO heels; Ray-Ban sunnies; Rebecca Minkoff bag; earrings and necklace c/o Giando Massi; Giorgio Armani "Gio" lipstick.
As I spent last weekend picking apples, baking apples, and grilling apples I thought, why not wear some too? I haven't broken out this skirt in a while and it just seemed like the appropriate week to do so. I currently have a small case of the Monday's, so I'm off to chug some coffee to combat it. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

The air is cold, fantasy football is on, I broke down and ordered my first pumpkin spice latte (on Friday the 13th, it just seemed appropriate), and I baked some seasonal spiced cookies over the weekend (more on that later in the week). I feel like the summer months just flew by. Wasn't it just a couple of weeks ago that I was running around Ocean City over Memorial Day Weekend? Didn't I just celebrate my June birthday the other day? I guess not. Time seems to slow down for me a bit it September. It's a nice change to the fast pace of the Summer months, I spend more energy reflecting, and there is the universal scent of renewal in the air. I know the official new year starts in January, but I feel the real beginning happens now, so I hope everyone has a happy one.
